Please read these Terms carefully before using Hwrs PestControl services, a brand of Hwrslife Ecommerce Marketing Pvt. Ltd..
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hwrs PestControl website, mobile application and the pest-control services offered through them. Hwrs PestControl and QuikGuard are brands owned and operated by Hwrslife Ecommerce Marketing Pvt. Ltd.. Service communication — including booking confirmations sent over WhatsApp from "QuikGuard Pest Control Service" — is sent on behalf of Hwrslife Ecommerce Marketing Pvt. Ltd.. By booking a service or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide eco-safe, government-certified pest control services for homes, offices and warehouses. Service scope, coverage area, pricing and warranty are described at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule or modify a service where site conditions, safety or availability require it.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to technician availability. Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on the property size, infestation level and on-site assessment. Payment is due as per the plan selected at the time of booking. Applicable taxes will be charged as per law.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking before the technician is dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch, or repeated no-shows, may attract a visit charge. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Warranty & Re-treatment
Eligible services carry a re-treatment warranty for the period stated at booking. The warranty applies only when preparation and after-care instructions provided by our technician are followed. The warranty does not cover fresh infestations from external sources or structural issues outside our treatment scope.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the premises, disclose relevant health or allergy conditions of occupants, and follow the pre- and post-treatment guidance shared by our team. Children, pets and food should be kept away from treated areas for the advised duration.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hwrslife Ecommerce Marketing Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Privacy
We collect and process personal information such as your name, contact details and address solely to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. Information is retained as required for service, legal and accounting purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, app or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
